It is no longer summer
and
it is definitely not fall.
Here
along the Texas Gulf Coast we are right in the middle
of
hurricane season.
Amidst this unpredictable weather
and
lingering heat
I
have sneaked in.......
dips in the ocean
cocktails on a patio over looking blue waves
oysters rockefeller and stuffed flounder
giving my study a new calm seascape look
Dax and Petra's first day of school long distant style
a late summer harvest
the beauty of starry nights and night blooming jasmine
The beauty of late summer always takes me by suprise!
Smiles,
Dottie

ReplyDeleteOh such beautiful pictures. I'm a Texas girl too, but live close to Dallas. I love the gulf coast though, I'm not sure I'd want to be down there during hurricane season. I guess you get used to it , like anything else though.
