Right Now

 
 
It is no longer summer
and
it is definitely not fall.
 
Here
 along the Texas Gulf Coast we are right in the middle
of
hurricane season.
 
Amidst this unpredictable weather
and
lingering heat
I
have sneaked in.......
 
dips in the ocean
 
cocktails on a patio over looking blue waves
 
 oysters rockefeller and stuffed flounder
 
 giving my study a new calm seascape look
 
Dax and Petra's first day of school long distant style
 
 a late summer harvest
 
the beauty of starry nights and night blooming jasmine
 
 
The beauty of late summer always takes me by suprise!

    Oh such beautiful pictures. I'm a Texas girl too, but live close to Dallas. I love the gulf coast though, I'm not sure I'd want to be down there during hurricane season. I guess you get used to it , like anything else though.
