Hi, Dottie! Just popped over from Tina's blog to tell you that you are in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteI just sent you a comment but it seems to have disappeared. I think you would enjoy the book. It is a page turner and is entertaining and at the same time sort of eye-opening, depending on where you grew up. It's neither sad nor happy I don't think and you do become attached to certain characters. It takes place in Jackson, MS in the 60s. You probably would do better reading the book if you can, before seeing the movie. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of the moon. I took one a few nights ago when it was just a sliver, but I really like your close up shot.
ReplyDeleteAnd the first garden salsa....well, it doesn't get much better than that.
Oooooo, nice post, Dottie. You had fun, fun, fun at the Greek festival. And that Greek food, well, yummy yum yum. Thanks for sharing. Susan
