Very beautiful! I just pulled an article out of a magazine on growing Rose of Sharon here in Florida. Is that what they big lavender flower is? Althea...also called Rose of Sharon? We may want to plant some of those! Hugs!
I've enjoyed viewing your summer flowers. The petunias are gorgeous, what a deeply rich color. I have missed having petunias this year. I think we had such a cool and wet spring our winter flowers lasted well into the summer. I hope you are having a nice weekend!
Well Dottie, you certainly have a green thumb. My tomatoes did terrible this year (and the last several past). There is something in my soil. They grow large with green tomatoes then keel over. Old timers tell me they need calcium, or they have nematodes. This year I made sure and buy all hybrids, but they did the same thing. One gardener said I'd have to move them to a totally different place as once whatever alien is in my soil, you can't do anything about it. And, tomatoes are probably my favorite thing produced in a garden.

Lovely blooms, fabrics and tomatoes. One should wear flowers in their hair as often as possible.
