Treasure

The other day I found this book in the thrift shop.

It is filled with so many ways to rediscover treasure
 by
giving new life to old objects.
I love vintage treasures.
My home is filled with them.

As I leafed through the pages
I started thinking about treasure
and
the Lord reminded me of

Luke 12:34
For where your treasure is there will your heart be also

My heart today is filled with treasures that
are
more precious than gold or silver
and
more beautiful
than
diamonds.

  8. Dear Dottie,

I love both types of treasures you've shown, but especially the sweet little kind!

Night-blooming jasmine must be so heavenly outside. I had a little pot of it once in Idaho, that I managed to kill off, but it was wonderful while it bloomed. And I have the same "Heavenly Blue" morning glories here, that are heavenly, indeed! I hope that your autumn has cooled for you there, with lots of time to enjoy being outside.

    Love,

    Marqueta
