Gathering Happiness

I have been gathering a harvest of happiness this season
  my basket is overflowing .
I so want to share some of it with you
I hope it makes you happy,too !
a day spent in the garden with my little helper
the perfect IKEA curtains bought for $5.00 at the thrift store
a fire to chase away the chill
a Sunday afternoon visit to Haak Winery
tasting everything
on such a pretty day

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” – Robert Brault

Smiles on this Thanksgiving Day,

  1. Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your special day! God bless you, my friend! Hugs, Diane ♥

  2. Amen, I agree with Robert Brault. Wonderful quote.
Your little helper is a doll.....

  3. Smiles to you too, dear lady....Happy Thanksgiving.

  4. Ahhhh how sweet your little helper is Dottie!
I love your curtains and the way they look against your window, the fire looks had a wonderful day..
And I so agree that the little things are the big things.
What a lovely post dear friend.

    Deborah xoxo

  5. Guess you are spending the holiday with your family, and letting the little ones help you make something special.
Your backyard still looks lovely. As it gets colder, much of our yard gets a little bleak - thank goodness for some evergreens.
I have only been to two wineries, and I enjoyed it very much. One was strickly a walk through, but the other one had a lovely outdoor area so you could sit down, have a bottle of wine and something to eat.
That fire on the patio is very inviting.
    Have a nice holiday,

  6. A very happy Thanksgiving to you, Dottie.
    many blessings..Trish

  7. you're little helper is adorable and your photos look so peaceful. Have a really great thanksgiving
