The month of June has been slow and simple.
I have sort of gone with the flow of sunshine and moonlight.
This what I have been doing.
taking walks
eating strawberries
daydreaming
learning to slow down
singing out loud with the grand babies
reading cookbooks
laughing
wearing flip flops
learning to make hummus
loving my June garden
Dottie, When you make it back out to Az you must come on a full moon and stay in the guest house..it is absolutely beautiful coming over the desert...almost as pretty as your water picture...
ReplyDeleteHi Dottie,
ReplyDeleteYour night sky, and beach scenes are so soothing. Wish I lived closer to the beach - my favorite place to be. The music was also relaxing - such an easy going sound.
I do not know where you were, but in the prior post there was a shrimp salad that I want!
By the way the thongs (sandals!) with little black bow are cute.
I did see that beautiful moon last night!!
ReplyDeleteI saw the beautiful moon EARLY this morning before the first signs of dawn... it was stunning... not quite as stunning as your shots over the water though! Love me some summer!
ReplyDeleteThe watermelon is looking great. When will it be ready to harvest? I'm ready to see what July holds for me. See ya June!
ReplyDeleteYour June looks great.......I love it!
ReplyDeleteI will go on ITUNES to listen to some of her music and try to take to heart your ideas for slowing down and enjoying the summer. June has been hectic for us and I am ready to start walking at the park again! ♥ Enjoy your evening! ♥
ReplyDeleteDottie,
ReplyDeleteYou have such a soothing blog with such beautiful photos...all things I love! I hope you have a wonderful July!

It is so hard to photograph the moon and your shot is simply divine! I wish I could take pictures like that!
ReplyDeleteGreat Basia song too-you know I love her gorgeous voice!
Hope your week has been wonderful and best wishes for a lovely weekend.
Natasha.
