Yikes!!!
I have a new Canon camera
and
I am not mechanical .
No
not even a tiny bit.
Yesterday
after
weeks of being intimidated by it
I
reluctantly picked it up
and
took a few photos.
last night in the candlelight
mums
so beautiful
hello my old friend
Help!
I couldn't hold the camera still
and
what about all those buttons !!!
See what I mean ?

I loved visiting your fairy tale presentation. I truly understand what you are going through on a new camera.
ReplyDeleteGREAT job! I love Fairies, too. They delight me and my grandgirls all believe in them. I have lots of fairy tale books!! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI think your photos are lovely! Keep practicing! Bonnie
ReplyDeleteWow! You're doing great! The moon is spectacular....we just looked at it tonight and noticed how full it already looks. Love your mercury glass and flowers and books! You know I love fairies! Sweet hugs!
ReplyDeleteI'd say you are doing well--the pictures are great and at least you are working with it! By the way you sound just like I would think you would! :-) Beautiful moon!
ReplyDeleteoh my...the video..made me laugh out loud!! Way more than I could do!...but...makes me want to try! I need to get out of my comfort zone...or rut...xoxo
ReplyDeleteYou'll get there. You know the old saying: Practice makes perfect.
ReplyDeleteDid you take that pic of the moon? It's fantastic!
I love your photos even while you are learning your new camera.
ReplyDeleteI have a little Canon powershot, and haven't even learned what all it can do, yet.
Have a great week ~ FlowerLady
Thank you for your kind comments on my blog.
Oh Dottie, your photos are simply beautiful... Look at that MOON!
ReplyDeleteGracious, don't even try to figure out, all the bells and whistles. Not when you can already use it so well.
Tessa~
Lovely little fairies! Enjoy your new camera!
ReplyDeleteI have had my camera for about three years and there is still so much I don't know, unlike me I hope that you are wise enough to spend more time with the manual...I always intend to take the time but never seem to get around to it ~ bad, me! But I know you are going to enjoy it immensely.
ReplyDeleteYour photographs are beautiful, Dottie! Just so lovely. Wishing you lots of fun and beauty, taking pictures with your new camera!
ReplyDeleteI think that your photos are lovely already!!! I have the canon t3 and I have no idea how to use it.. lol. I just keep pushing buttons. : )
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
xo
I have a brand new canon as well and I think your photos look gorgeous. Maybe by this time next year we will learn how to use the high tech. For now-it's all auto for me.
