Good morning to you on this windy day.......
All week it has been
somewhat
gloomy until this morning.
To keep from catching the gloom
I
kept busy
planting more garlic
discovering Pandora Radio
cooking Greek Style Scampi
steaming Swiss Chard and making many salads ( gifts from the garden)
winning a giveaway on Two Men and A Little Farm's blog
joining Mike the Gardener's Seeds of The Month Club
watching The Well Digger's Daughter a sweet movie on Netflix
Good-bye Gloom!!!

Your fresh greens from the garden look wonderful. We always loved growing Swiss Chard...it has such a light delicate flavor. I would love to see this movie, too!
ReplyDeleteYour garden gift looks delicious. And I just watched the same movie a couple of weeks ago. I also enjoyed your Blue Willow post! Enjoy the nicer weather!
ReplyDeleteThis is the second time in as many weeks that "The Well Digger's Daughter" has been brought to my attention. I think that the universe is telling me to tune in!
ReplyDeleteMust look up that movie!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are so fresh and bright
Have a great week and I hope that March will be a good month for you.

Your scampi looks so delicious and the salad greens are wonderful. We saw some real sun today and the daffodils are finally flowering so I can't wait to start sowing my salad leaves and veg. I'm going to give that movie a go. Take care. Chel
ReplyDeletePandora radio is so great - I was late in discovering it too, but now love it :-)

Spring is beginning to spring! Love your salad greens. There's nothing like a garden and playing in the dirt! Fun post. Thank you, Dottie!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning, Dottie
ReplyDeleteI'm delighted to have you join in at "Sunlit Sunday" this week. I've made a little note about the movie you're recommended and only wish I could try the delicious looking scampi.
There is still snow on the ground here, but it's nice to see your greens and hear about your gardening. Enjoy your planting time!

I can hardly wait for fresh greens from our garden this year, yours look delicious!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to check out the movie.
It all looks so delicious! I have a ways to go yet for spring and planting but It's always fun to see that others are enjoying it already! The movie looks very interesting!
ReplyDeleteToo cold to garden here; we still have snow on the ground.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your win, Dottie! The wind has been fierce here! Nearly blows you over! Enjoy those beautiful salad greens! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteI felt the same way all week. Very dusty and dreary and so busy that I wasn't inspired to do anything. But today there is sun; we've been for a walk and had lunch out and now I have the back door opening and am listening to the tweets of the birds as I catch up with blog friends. Wishing you a wonderful day. Tammy
ReplyDeletehI,
ReplyDeleteI didn't know the movie was in French and I started it when my eyes were tired. Do you know where I am going here? I feel asleep after a bit. have plans to watch it again. Thank you for the recomendation.
